Not only a business park with units to let, Scottow Enterprise Park is also available to be hired as a film location. The 600 acre site is full of unique buildings and exterior spaces which make perfect film sets. As a former RAF airbase, many of these buildings are original WW2 constructions, therefore, are perfect for period productions.

The business park is a tried and tested film location which has been used to produce TV, films, music videos and still photography. As a result, we have all the facilities needed for filming, including equipment storage and amenities for crews. We even have a film production company, October Films, and visual effects specialists, Lexhag, based permanently onsite!

Original, Historical Buildings and Structures

These unique and historical buildings were built during the time when Scottow Enterprise Park was RAF Coltishall. Many of the structures were constructed to protect RAF Coltishall during the Battle of Britain and for aircraft and weapons storage during the Cold War.

Our warehouses, hangar and storage units offer up to 59,000 sq ft of space which make them ideal areas to build sets that are weatherproof and secure. We have a variety of sizes available at different prices suiting all film production needs and budgets.
