Locally Roasted Coffee from Javabean!
We’re suckers for great coffee, so it’s pretty convenient that one of the businesses that call Scottow Enterprise Park it’s home is Javabean! As well as roasting their coffee on site, they also have a café open to everyone at SEP, serving up hot drinks and food Monday to Friday.
North Norfolk Countryside
Based in the North Norfolk village of Badersfield, Scottow Enterprise Park really does have some beautiful surroundings. Despite being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s still less than 20 minutes away from Norwich so you’re still conveniently located.
Not only is it simply nicer to work in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and nature, it also makes good business sense. Basing your company in the quieter spots of Norfolk, rather than Norwich, means that businesses usually benefit from more bang for your buck.
Historic Site
Did you know that Scottow Enterprise Park is based on the former RAF Coltishall airbase? The site operated between 1939 and 2006. During its 67 years in service, RAF Coltishall played a role in a number of conflicts, including the Second World War, Cold War, Bosnian War, Gulf War and the Iraq War.
The site team have been working hard to restore and repurpose the RAF buildings across site – including former missile storage buildings and the Station HQ – to make them suitable for modern businesses.
