This month, September, we have selected Unit 71(1) to have its moment. Unit 71(1) makes the perfect storage space and is found in our dedicated Storage Zone onsite. Saying this storage unit is secure and sturdy is quite the understatement! A relic of the days when Scottow Enterprise Park was RAF Coltishall, the unit is constructed with brick and was certainly built to last.

Unit 71(1) is one of three identical buildings located to the south-east of the business park. Outside, it is topped with earth and nestled between strong concrete walls making the unit well insulated, wind and waterproof. The unit is only a few meters away from a quiet, concrete private road which has plenty of space for vehicles to park. 71(1)’s entrance is hidden and discreet and its door is constructed from metal. This, combined with Scottow Enterprise Park’s 24/7 security team, helps ensure any products or equipment stored inside the unit is secure and safe.

Inside the building, 715 sq ft of storage space can be found surrounded by beautiful exposed brickwork. A concrete floor provides an even and clean surface to place boxes and storage containers. Industrial lights hang over the room providing the ability for light to fill the room.
